Terry L. White, Sr. | Senior Pastor

Terry Lee White, Sr. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of We Are The Fellowship Center, Inc. He is also a coach, motivational speaker CEO and recording artist. Pastor Terry has a heart for God and for His people. At his former church, he has served as an Elder for over 12 years and also served as a Trustee, the Pastor over Fellowship and the Pastor over Sports and Athletic Involvement.

Pastor Terry is a devoted husband to Doris, his wife of over 26 years, and is a supportive father to two children, Tara and TJ, and daughter-in-law Quanesisha. He is a grandfather to seven: Keara, Trey, Asia, Tyriq, Summer, Ariel and Gianni; and is a “surrogate father” or “Pop-Pop” to many.
 
God’s presence has been strongly rooted throughout Pastor Terry’s family. His grandfather was a lay preacher and his uncle was a preacher and Pastor for several churches. His grandmother, and his mother, “Ma Rosie,” were “Church Mothers” in their respective Churches. “Ma Rosie,” Breath of Life’s “Church Mother,” was a praying woman who loved God and her Church.

Pastor Terry studied religion at the Philadelphia Bible College and at Howard University School of Divinity. During this time he became active with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Youth for Christ and the Christian Businessmen Committee.

In October 2011, Pastor Terry founded the HC Stars Youth Holistic Development/Athletic Organization. He Established and led the St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, Md.); the FCA Student Huddle in May 2011 and he established and led the Pallotti High School FCA Student Huddle in November 2010. Pastor Terry spent three NFL seasons with the Eagles and Cowboys. He has run a successful insurance agency since 1987, coached football since 1983 and continues to be passionate about helping others realize their dreams.

Pastor Terry’s motto is, TRUST God to lead you; be focused; be disciplined; and be a student of anything you do! He lives and teaches James 5:12 (…but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.) He has committed his life to do the Great Commission, to “go ye therefore” –wherever God plans for him to go and to continue to be a witness for Jesus—the risen Savior. His ultimate goal is to evangelize throughout the world as God instructs.
